1. Service Estimates & Quotations

All estimates provided through our website or phone consultations are subject to physical on-site inspection and verification of project scope, site conditions, and required work.

2. Customer Responsibilities

For scheduled work, property owners are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and clear of vehicles, obstacles, and other obstructions prior to crew arrival.

3. Scheduling & Conditions

Certain services require specific conditions to be performed properly. Same Day Glass Repair reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of conditions that prevent safe or effective completion of work.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

By consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Same Day Glass Repair. We send two types of messages:

Non-marketing messages such as appointment reminders, appointment updates, and system notifications.
Marketing messages such as discounts, freebies, and special offers.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (773) 840-4129. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at varied frequency. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
